As a result of one of the CSU documents that was made public, which said that he failed two crucial subjects—English and Mathematics—he could not have graduated or received a certificate.

Other ambiguous information in the publicly available record from CSU made it very evident that the Real Bola A. Tinubu was a female.

To destroy an old document, PDP traveled to the US.

Keyamo asserted that Tinubu had not been charged with a crime or found guilty, and claimed that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was responsible for the resurfacing of the contentious court document.

When Tinubu's political profile is increasing, when he wants to run for office, or whenever there is a political turn in his life, his critics keep bringing up these concerns, Keyamo claimed.

"The date on the papers going up and down is 2022; thus, they are utilizing this to mislead people into thinking that these are new documents.

When you go to court and ask for certified authentic copies of papers that are 40 or 100 years old, they will provide them to you but will mark the date that they are providing them to you.

"This is what our opponents, the PDP, may have intended when they purported to travel to the US for high-level interaction. They pursued a high degree of participation, which includes this.

Atiku Abubakar of the PDP and Peter Obi of the Labour Party are among the leading contenders in the competition, which many pundits have dubbed a three-horse race, for the top position in Aso Rock in 2023.
